KENNY WILLIAMS/SUPER SORCERER:
Main protagonist. Kenny is 19 when we meet him in Book 1. He makes a wish on his 19th birthday to become the greatest superhero that ever lived.
  • Powers & Abilities: can warp reality with a single thought or desire and rearrange the molecular structure of matter and energy at will, various psionic abilities including; precognition abilities to see the past and future, psionic energy blasts. He can morph into anyone and anything at will. He has a wide spectrum of telepathic and telekinetic abilities ranging from hex bolts and omni-telepathy to cosmic manipulation and omni-manipulation through telekinesis. He has super strength, speed, agility, and combat skills. He can fire energy blasts, bend the four elements as well as other iterations within the four elements like blood, lava, and metal. He can teleport at will, reverse death, fly, and is impenetrable to bullets + other weapons and indestructible. He can astral project at will whether asleep or awake as well as dream walk through realities while asleep. He can use magic + other forms of sorcery and witchcraft. He has direct contact through astral projection with the entity that gave him his abilities called the Power Subconscious. He has a true love curse on his powers, limiting and draining his abilities whenever the person he truly loves romantically is in danger or close to death and is unable to reverse these deaths as they are absolute and final. As Super Sorcerer, Kenny plays by his own rules of what it means to be a hero. He does not do what anyone expects him to as a hero and this is due to the multitude of abilities he possesses.
  • Character Biography: Kenny's story is set in the real world and the real city of San Diego, California unlike many other superheroes or villains whose stories are set in a fictional city within our world. (This decision was made to provide a true balance between fictional and reality, but also showcase the home city of Comic-Con International.) He's the oldest child in the Williams family. He has two younger siblings, Tray (15) and Eboni (11), and his parents, De'Andre (a scientist) and Traciee (a police sergeant/FBI Agent). His best friend, Malcolm Palmer, also lives with them in their home while they attend college at San Diego University. He is openly gay. He's a bit arrogant at times as well as abrasive. Once he fully steps into the role of Super Sorcerer, he starts to not want to get too close or attached to others that aren't already close to him.

TRAY WILLIAMS:
Kenny's younger brother who's extremely intelligent and mature for his age.
  • Powers & Abilities: TBA
  • Character Biography: Tray is the middle child of the Williams family and is 15 years old in Book 1. His superior intellect leads him to graduate early from high school. He is seen to have a great bond with his parents as well as with Kenny and Malcolm. As an older brother to Eboni, he tends to pick on her a lot similar to how he gets picked on at school.
    • The Great & Powerful Super Sorcerer (Book 1): During the events of this book set, through subplots it is revealed that a group of bad kids that attend the same high school as Tray constantly bully him and pick on him. This leads Tray to take on a bully role towards his younger sister. Tray gets overwhelmed by the bullying, feeling really sad and upset about it. Finally, Super Sorcerer steps in to teach Tray's bullies a lesson.

MALCOLM PALMER:
Kenny's best and longest friend who's a basketball player at San Diego University.

  • Character Biography: Malcolm is Kenny's oldest friend. They met in the fifth grade. Malcolm has always been apart of the Williams family despite having his own. Malcolm is an accomplished basketball star and is a bit of a ladies man, however, it's hinted that he may not just only have the hots for the ladies. He's cocky and a bit of a comic relief. He moves to the beat of his own drum and doesn't let others get to him. He cares for Kenny deeply and is always there for him. This is reciprocated on both ends. Malcolm is the oldest child in his family at 20 years of age.
    • The Great & Powerful Super Sorcerer (Book 1): During the events of this book set, Malcolm is mainly sidelined as he is unaware of his best friend's double life as a superhero. He doesn't believe his best friend could ever be as cool as Super Sorcerer. Malcolm gets injured severely during a basketball game at San Diego University. It is revealed that his family went broke attempting to put Malcolm through college for four years and left him to stay with the Williams family while his family got back on their feet. Malcolm hasn't spoken to his parents or siblings since until they showed up at the hospital when he got injured. He decided not to reconcile with any of them.

TRACIEE WILLIAMS:
Kenny, Tray, and Eboni's mother, wife to De'Andre, and police sergeant/FBI Agent.
  • Powers and Abilities: None.
  • Character Biography: Traciee is the matriarch of the Williams family. She is a strong black woman and a bad ass cop. Traciee cares for each of her children in different ways. She has a hard time believing Super Sorcerer is really a hero at first. The two end up working together on certain cases, more prominently once Traciee becomes an FBI Agent. She's smart, sophisticated, and very beautiful.
    • The Great & Powerful Super Sorcerer (Book 1): During the events of this book set, Traciee is one of many that are skeptical of Super Sorcerer and his intentions. She, along with the rest of the main characters, are unaware that Kenny is Super Sorcerer. Traciee and Super Sorcerer work to solve certain cases together including going after Dr. Jarrell Conners.

DOMINIC JONES:
Kenny's main love interest that is the college football star quarterback for San Diego University.

  • Character Biography: Dominic is one of five people of Kenny's friend group with Malcolm, Kendra, and Aaliyah. He is also Kenny's boyfriend of six years. Dominic is a wonderful football player and has good heart. He is formerly on the downlow and loves Kenny more than anything.
    • The Great & Powerful Super Sorcerer (Book 1): During the events in this book set, Dominic is, like everyone else, unaware of Kenny's identity as Super Sorcerer, but he soon begins to wonder if Kenny is Super Sorcerer. Dominic is loving and caring towards Kenny, however, it is revealed that Dominic used to be downlow and dated Kenny in secret throughout all four years of high school + the first two years of college. He also openly dated women during that time to help cover his secret relationship with Kenny much to Kenny's dismay. This caused lots of issues for them over the years, until Kenny's vision of Dominic's team winning a home game comes true and Dominic kisses him in public for giving "correct guidance" for him to win. The two begin to date publicly after this. Kenny, as Super Sorcerer, races against time to save Dominic when he is captured by the mob for Dr. Jarrell Conners.

EBONI WILLIAMS: 
Eboni is the youngest of the Williams family and the only female. She's almost always treated like a princess. She's smart and has a creative talent for drawing.
  • Powers & Abilities: None.
  • Character Biography: Eboni makes sporadic appearances throughout, has no powers or enhanced abilities, but she is an amazing artist. She becomes known for creating and illustrating comics for Super Sorcerer and models his human persona after her older brother Kenny. She is also unaware of Kenny's identity as Super Sorcerer.

DE'ANDRE WILLIAMS:
De'Andre is the father to Kenny, Tray, and Eboni, husband to Traciee, and a scientist.
  • Powers & Abilities: None.
  • Character Biography: De'Andre is a good man, vastly intelligent, and can cook a good meal. He is the patriarch of the Williams family and cares for his family very much. He works at the San Diego Scientific Research Facility which specializes in advanced biotechnology, research, and other sciences. He worked with and was a friend to Dr. Jarrell Conners.
    • The Great & Powerful Super Sorcerer (Book 1): During the events of this book set, De'Andre is revealed to be working for Dr. Jarrell Conners who forces De'Andre to help with his plans for world domination and enslaving the human race. De'Andre attempts to hide this from his family, but Kenny finds out when he goes after Dr. Conners to put a stop to him. This gives De'Andre the out he needed to stop working for Dr. Conners. De'Andre, too, is unaware of Kenny's identity as Super Sorcerer.

AALIYAH & KENDRA:
The only girls in Kenny's friend group. Kendra is like the mother figure of the group as she's more mature and a couple years older than the rest of the group at 22. Aaliyah is more free-spirited and full of life.

  • Character Biography: Kendra is well-liked and strong-willed. She takes no nonsense and is caring/sympathetic towards her best friends. Aaliyah is sweet, a bit ditzy at times, funny, and free-spirited. Both women are important to Kenny as they've always been there for him when it came to his issues with Dominic.

DR. JARRELL CONNERS:
Dr. Conners is an evil, twisted scientist who plans to rule Earth for his own and enslave the human race.
  • Powers & Abilities: None.
  • Character Biography: Dr. Conners is a white man in his late 30s who is hell-bent on dominating Earth and enslaving the entire human race. He wants all of the power and the glory. He has ties with the mob, run by Scorpion, and uses them as security.
    • The Great & Powerful Super Sorcerer (Book 1): During the events of this book set, Dr. Conners is the main villain of this book set. It is revealed that Dr. Conners was sexually abused as a child, shot his step-father and mother, and his real name is Michael Andrews before he changed it. He went on to college and grad school to become a doctor is biotechnology science. However, since working with the mob, he began to have very sinister plans that he wanted to see come to fruition. He enlisted the help of his co-worker and only friend, De'Andre Williams, with threats of retaliation should he decide not to help. Kenny began going after Dr. Conners when a drug causing permanent comas was distributed at a local strip club that he created and the mob delivered. Dr. Conners and Super Sorcerer come face to face once before Dr. Conners begins to enact his plan by first blowing up the historic Coronado Bridge and shooting laser beams out of a device he created that enslaves anyone it hits to heed his every order. Super Sorcerer stops him in the end and justice is served.

SCORPION:
FERNANDO "SCORPION" CRUZ III is the mob and drug cartel leader in the city of San Diego. Through the mob and cartel business, he controls most of the city. He's very powerful and has a plan to rule alternate realities and expand his family name across them.
  • Powers & Abilities: None.
  • Character Biography: Scorpion is in his late 20s and of hispanic heritage. He's street smart and book smart. He has a plan to rule other realities amongst our own and needs Super Sorcerer in order to do it.
    • The Great & Powerful Super Sorcerer (Book 1): During the events of this book set, Scorpion is a small cameo villain in this book set. He appears a few times, setting him up as the villain in Book 2. He is present in Book 1 for his ties with Dr. Conners. They have a work relationship and agreement. Scorpion's cousin, Tony, and loyal + trusted assassins, Leti and Lil' Joker, also make appearances.
